The location was perfect, situated in a safe and peaceful residential area with excellent transport links to the city center. We loved how close it was to the railway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and the in-room computer. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. we had a wonderful experience here.

The location of the hotel is great as it is down the street from the tube station. This makes it convenient for exploring the city and getting to Wembley quickly. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast provided was decent and the rooms were clean.
The facilities in the hotel need improvement as some showers were broken and the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better.

Wery clean all the time.
Too short beds (i´d say 195cm). I could not stright my legs, and there was no alternative even for more money. Room in the cellar. No light even during the day. Breakfest every day the same and poor - butter, jam, butter, jam, butter, jam. Prices for the tours announced like the cheapest was more expensive, than by the sellers in the downtown.

The hostel is conveniently located near a bus stop, metro station, and a large supermarket. The beds are spacious with ample storage. The shower is good and has enough space to hang clothes. The breakfast is simple but good. The outdoor space is great for summer. it's a good deal for the price.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

The staff were very welcoming. This is a no frills accommodation site ideal for people wishing to base themselves near to london on short visits.
Although we booked the accommodation on line and received confirmation, we were then told there had been a mix up and could not have one of the rooms for the second night. However, the staff were more than helpful and we were upgraded to different rooms before our arrival at no extra cost.

Outstanding value for money. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Clean rooms, good showers, cheap booze, and great atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.
Only negative is the guest kitchen is too small and lacking kitchen wares. No problem if you don't mind eating microwave meals or ordering food from the bar.

Hello! To anyone who wishes to do the reservation here... You will never find cleaner and nicer hostel at this price anywhere in London. Period. + Wifi + Lounge + breakfast + security level which I find exceptionally high in regard to class of the "establishment" + nice staff and finally: In London there's far to anywhere so what about "location"??? 20 minuts to the Centre (whatever it is...) is this long? What would you do with the minutes saved??? This was excellent. Thanx :) Recomend to anyone :)
