Hillside Su Hotel Antalya - 安塔利亚

The location of the Hillside Su is good, located next to Antalya Beach Park, a long strip of trendy bars and restaurants.

We didn't venture out of the hotel much we couldn't be bothered - you can get a tram to the city centre or use a taxi (about £5).

They will summon taxis for you at the entrance of the hotel whilst you admire the vista of the Taurus mountains.

We had a suite which was equally impressive - a large sitting area, large bedroom and bed, good bathroom, and a terrace with a bed and bench and seats.

I stayed with my boyfriend in a suite rather than a delux room and it was definitely worth the upgrade, the room was large and clean with a king size bed, sofa, tv, large wardrobe, and balcony with a bed and pillows on it, pure luxury.

The air con was powerful and the bathroom fine, with toilet, sink and large shower, but no bath.

The room was great, loved the pink lights, our resident fish, the mirrors and the outdoor bed on the balcony.

Rooms were very comfortable/stylish & the bed on balcony was great for enjoying a drink at night.

The food is good, we ate at the Beach Club, Pool Bar and Lounge Restaurant and it was all pretty good.

We ate very good meals in the two of the three restaurants that were open and the breakfast was very good with a fantastic amount of choice.

We ate in the Sushi Restaurant, the A La Carte Lounge Restaurant and the 5 Kat Bar and all were fantastic and again reasonably priced.

The food at the hotel was exceptional, especially the sushi bar and the 5 Kat restaurant (open air, overlooking the bay on the 5th floor).

There are also some other restaurants in the hotel, like a sushi bar, a cafe in the 5th floor (special cocktails, happy hour between 6-7 PM) that you can find tasty modern dishes, resto/bar in the lobby and a club.

The highlights of this holiday was the service - the staff at the pool and on the beach fell over themselves to be helpful and we needed to get used to this.

Great location, fantastic staff, wonderful variety of services available.

If you needed other refeshment all you had to do was to press your service button on the parasol handle and one of the multitude of smiling staff will come over to take your order.

Whilst the hotel is visually stunning and quite luxurious the staff have no idea what customer service is and you have to ask to be served at the bar's as staff stand chatting and you will rarely see any staff smile.

There are lots of other things to do within the hotel - we made full use of the gym, sauna, indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as the internet room and games room.

There is a room with pc for internet, some books and magazines, darts and billiard and the gym with an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Hillside su hotel is perfect in terms of the hotel design,rooms,pool area,sea,services,fitness center,spa etc.
