i enjoyed the hotel! a lovely stay in kovalam. 20 minutes drive to the airport. it took 5 minutes to reach hawa beach on foot.

Everything was spot on.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a separate balcony with a lovely view to the sea (the hotel is not on the beach - it is on a hill about 10 mins walk from the beach). We stayed there in August (off season) and the rates were really excellent for the quality of the room. The staff were very attentive and helfpul. In the evenings they kept the light on the stairs leading to the hotel until we returned.

Staffs are good and kind. Rooms are clean and good. View is good

Very worst location without car parking. Very far away from even small shops. Free breakfast is worst. Power problem is worst. No hot water in the evenings. Please dont try massage here. Had worst day. Intercom didnt work. Management has to take care of service part which is zero

1 Excellent view across tree tops of the sea at a distance 2.Prompt attention and action by the Manager Mr Prasant. 3 Friendly and enthusiastic room boys, though inexperienced.

1. Poor approach and back side entry to the lobby 2. Steep descend of many many narrow and high raise steps to go to the beach - difficult even for normal person and almost impossible for seniors. 3. Dingy and dark lobby is very 'put offing'.

The hotel was very good value for money. To the beach your were able to walk in 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is sparkly clean.

The location of the hotel is good away from the noise of the town. It is situated on a hill but new lift brings you down to the sea level. The hotel is surrounded by palm tress and it has an unobstructed view of the sea. It is more cost effective if sharing a double bedroom as the price is on the room and breakfast basis. The hotel staff are friendly and will go an extra mile to make sure your stay is a pleasant one. The restaurants caters a variety of cusines and the chefs are able to cook at your request and tastes. All rooms are air conditioned and clean and there are fresh sheets and towels each day.

It is an efficient family run resort with emphasis on good customer service and care. There are a few minor problems to be seen but the management deal with them promptly.

The mane entry is very far from the beach you need taxi to reach main entrance but the say the men entrance will open soon

Location, View From The Rooms.

When we reached the room was very dirty, during the seven nights the shower water was always cold, small television, and cable television service after some days was unavailable due to nonpayment by the hotel, breakfast very very very limited (never seen anything like this), and we become confronted with lies to not provide some food, the hotel is in a working zone which causes discomfort, and for children it is very dangerous, at checkout the hotel charged services we did not use, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool is ok, the staff were nice. The AC worked very well.

The water in the pool weren't very clean. There was no safe in the room. The price was quite high. The shower was not comfortable.
