High Tech Madrid Aeropuerto Hotel - 马德里

The location although convenient to the airport does not appear to be in a great neighborhood.

Good location, nice staff and efficient check-in/check-out.

Was alos in a quiet location and the staff were extremely helpful & we were collected from the airport & our family room was ready we arrived at the hotel.

I took the van to the airport and thence the subway into Madrid, and called for the van when I returned to the airport.

Our flight was so early that we needed to take a taxi from the airport at 5am to Terminal 4.

Only downside was that the walls between rooms seemed thin, so I woke up when my neighbour entered his room in the evening, woke up in the morning, used the bathroom etc.

We received an upgraded room with a king bed and computer with hi-speed internet right in the room.

Room was big with nice wooden floor, big bathroom, nice lighting, free internet access (computer to use provided in the room!

The kids had a bunk bed, which was ok for them (aged 16 &13), but for anyone with younger children, beware of the top bunk, there are no protective railings at the sides.

The bathroom was clean and contained a small shower but no tub.

The food in the restaurant was good and there were other restaurants at the hotel complex right next door.

So I ate a soggy sandwich in the bar -- not the sandwich I ordered, though I didn't complain -- I was relieved to have anything at all to eat, given that the hotel is in a residential neighborhood with no other eating options available.

Food was great in the restaurant, though it should open earlier for travellers, who are tired, want to eat and sleep.

In the evening we had drinks in the lounge and a light dinner in the restaurant.

Chose for just one night because ´s close to the airport, shuttle service to the hotel was prompt and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

It lacks service, warmth, and hospitality through unskilled management and uncaring staff.

Shuttle never arrived and - oh yes - no bath plug, my husband was in the lobby this morning announcing it was worse than old Moscow.

I spoke with the manager who´s a nice guy but basically this is a problem until they get two shuttle busses.

Had to call for shuttle bus to pick us up.

In theory the rooms have free high-speed wireless internet, but this wasn't working when I was there in July.

I am staying there again next week, (as it is very handy for my customer's office) so I am hoping that the wireless internet is working this time.

Our room was attractive, spotlessly clean, and efficiently compact.

The room was very clean, coffee was supposed to be free.

We went to Madrid with a view to travelling around a lot so didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel but generally, the rooms were clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

What they don't have is clean rooms, a shuttle bus that works, employees who bother talking to customers (not that they speak ENglish) or Noiseproof walls (I can tell you that my neighbour is Scottish).

Also, they advertise 24-hour room service, but they don't actually offer it (although the desk clerk was kind enough to offer some fresh fruit and twinkie-like cakes).
