The location is quiet and the Hidden Ridge Resort is located at a very convenient place.
The only small problem was the location into town as there are many other better located properties - however, we chose this one for the price and location was the compromise!
The location was amazing and was away from the busyness of Banff.
It is a few minutes out of Banff but the courtesy bus was free & ran regularly to town & to various attractions.
All the buses were very reliable and always punctual so staying out of town really wasn’t a problem.
Our condo included a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.
In addition the buildings all look so nice, staff are helpful and lovely one bed loft suite.
There is a centrally located hot tub and a large fire pit area so you can experience a camping experience but stay in a comfortable bed.
Only complaint is it felt a little small -- while the upstairs loft bedroom (with two queens) was huge and spacious, and had half bath, the downstairs bedroom was small with little room to maneuver.
Up the stairs was a further bathroom (bath with shower over, and the washing machine/dryer) - our only gripe here was that the bath/shower didn't drain properly, so taking a shower left you standing in a few inches of water by the end.
The stay was enjoyable, the kitchen was well stocked for a nice few meals at home and i enjoyed the condo style rooms as we were able to cook our own breakfast.
We stayed in during the night and played board games with a fire and some wine, and in the morning made our own breakfast.
You do not even think twice about running into town to wonder around the great shops or have a meal.
Next level up was the kitchen/lounge/dining area - this area became slightly cramped when we were all there however it wasn't a problem.
The large shared BBQ's made having meals at our condo great!
The location is beautiful, the hotel staff we very helpful in fixing my mistake quickly and the service is free to guests.
The service was amazing, the staff was awesome at check-in and the room had a lovely fireplace too.
Oh the front desk staff were very helpful.
Staff at reception were friendly, the room was awesome.
The great view and there is a shuttle bus for didn't walk the hill back up to the resort.
OK, there were some area's that could use a little improvement (not enough parking spaces, the road to the resort could use some street lights (we couldn't see a thing in the dark!
The shuttle to and from town was also handy and frequent so it wasn't always necessary to have to drive.
The room was very clean and well appointed, with a kitchenette that included a full sized fridge with freezer, stove with oven and even a small dishwasher, which was a real bonus.
The staff were great, the room itself was well equipped and clean, the hot spas were fantastic.
We rented a one bedroom + loft, and it was clean, modern, and comfortable.
Our condo was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
We had a delux 1 bedroom condo which was clean and well appointed.
