            Spacious living area and bedroom, oh and the Boat Parking is great its on property, a pool is mandatory in the hot Lake Havasu. The place is neat and a good value for your money compared to staying in a motel in one room, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable.

            The exterior of the property is a bit sparse and frankly, not that inviting, towels look dirty too.

            The kitchen area was Spotless, and the bathroom area was equally clean and operational, the monthly price was very reasonable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Utensils etc. bedroom was comfortable.
