We had the most expensive room around $50, the bed was huge,super service. the jacuzzi was nice. good value for your money. breakfast was nice everyday new divergent things.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They even took care of us when we returned back to the hotel, from an overnight trip, just to get a cab to the airport. The free laptop in the room with internet was also great. The shower with lighting and music was awesome.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helped us as much as they could. Even before we arrived, we contacted them through email and they booked the Halong Bay cruise for us. The room was superb! Huge bed, hydro massage,very clean... and everything at a great value! I would definitely stay there again...
There is a building under construction right next to the hotel. This is not the hotel's fault but it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The location is superb and the facilities very good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful although in the first hours can be a little pushy to sell you tours and excursions. Soon as that phase is behing they are always around, always offering you a little something, always friendly.
