I had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. The location was perfect as it was easy for me to get around this city.

There was some disappointment with the wifi and the food was a bit overpriced and not the best. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to see much due to fog and pollution.

The hotel can have the view to the front side of the Halong bay. But the sunrise doesnt come from there. So there is no back lighting which i was expecting. The room size is big and come with some snacks and fruits which other hotel did not provide. The service girl give me the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor do not have the internet access. The 4th floor have, why the girl give me the 3rd floor since the internet access is not available. I am sure the 4th floor is not occupy too. I think this service girl really problem.

I arirve late at 8pm. When I ask the service counter lady, how to go to Halong bay, she told me she will ask her friend to bring me there. After her friend brought there, they charge me a service fees of 500K VND. The actual ticket fees is only 18K VND, the boating fees is only 50K VND for one person. So he over charge me for the 450K VND for just buying the ticket for me. I feel cheated and I think the service girl shall just ask me to take a taxi to the Halong Bay boat station and I can buy the ticket myself. I feel the management of the hotel shall protect the visitors from being cheated. This is not a lot of money to me, but i feel that this is not the right way of making money out of the visitors if the hotel need to improve their service since this is famous tourism place.

The reception we received was rather confusing! Maybe the staff were resting after The New Year celebrations. It was rather cold and nothing much was available. Breakfast was O.K. Hoping we didn't pay twice.Have to check bank details on return home.

The hotel is located in a great spot close to key attractions and with easy access to transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was a great feature and a nice way to relax and cool off after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was lacking in options and didn't have key items like coffee and sliced bread. , the Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

it is so far from city centre - you must take taxi. Hotel offer to rent only motorbike, but it is more nice to take bike in this district. Furniture in room very old, but for 2 days in this place you feel it romantic style. on another side of district you will find big sea post and Park with some dolphin and crocodile area

it is not too much safety to walk at evening in district.

It was well priced

The lift didn't work, there was no place to swim near the hotel. The staff didn't tell us about the places to see near the hotel. The place needs a freshen up

The view is fantastic and the room is very big. Staff is helpful and if the guest has problems, they will help solve.

Staff can't speak and understand English well. have to wait for hot water for shower. Most of food on the menu are out of stock. Common area has no or poor air conditioning and internet is extremely slow.

No beach - its seems to be under construction We appeared to be the only guests at the hotel The island has no public transport so very expensive to get off unless you walk Nothing much to do and nowhere to eat other than hotel
