The apartment was clean and located close enough to old town and main strip of bars & restaurants as well as everything, shops, restaurants, the beach. During the stay everything was excellant and I got wake up calls as a compliment. There was a very comfy bed with hypoallergenic pillows. It had wheelchair accessible policy, as described.

We asked for hypoallergenic pillows and they were provided. It was located in a modern area near shops and beach.

Great location, easy access to old and new towns. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern apartments with good facilities. Suitable for families and couples. Recently renovated bar looks amazing. Regular cleaning and towel changes. Highly recommend, excellent value.

Spacious apartment with 2 sun terraces. Lovely meals at the restaurant and a reasonable snack bar. Convenient pool towel hire and happy hour from 4-5pm. Helpful reception staff. Well-maintained hotel and gardens. Easily accessible to shops, airport, and attractions.

Wanted to see Puerto del Carmen popular places and this apartment was unique base for exploring most of them. All in all everything was good, as a bonus I received wake up calls free of charge. Staff provided coffee/tea making equipment, fridges and kitchenware. There was a great pool and views of the sea. The staff was welcoming throughout the stay and with a lovely receptionist.
