Reviews of Herods Boutique Hotel Eilat

The food was good and the pool was nice with lots of sun loungers. The location was good, very near the beach and the shopping area. It was great to have a balcony in the room, and the view was lovely.
The room was not very clean and some of the linens had stains on them. The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly.

The nearby restaurant, Moses, was as close as 500 metres from the hotel. Thanks a lot for GREAT time here! This was perfect for a holiday.

Nestled against the breathtaking Aqaba mountain range, this hotel is in a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the sparkling sea and offers stunning views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with luxurious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' requests. The breakfast is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel offers a range of facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool and a private beach, ensuring a truly enjoyable stay.
The distance from the main promenade and beach can make it slightly inconvenient for some guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Food was excellent
There was insufficient explanation as to the facilities at check in stage. The food at the Breakfast buffets appear to be haphazardly arranged. Cereals on one end of the buffet, and milk and fruit on the other end

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in exclusive amenities. The private facilities in our room were beyond expectation. The bed was comfortable and made with the softest linens. The restaurant food was delicious and there was a wide selection of options. Service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, being close to both the beach and center of town.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the swimming pool. There were times when it seemed a bit crowded.

Great view from the top floor room and the swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. It was located near many restaurants and shops.
Staff was uninterested in fulfilling our requests and seemed annoyed by our presence. The food offered at the restaurant was not very appealing and lacked flavor.

Waking up, covered in flea bites. Ants in the bathroom. Staff service from Stalinist Russia - seriously, room service staff sneer at you, and front desk staff ignore while they text on their phone. Then they are put off when you insist on being served. This hotel promotes themselves as five-star luxury international hotel and charge accordingly, but they barely are able to deliver two-star quality. Seriously, do not stay at this hotel, unless you like flea bites, and ants in your bathroom, and a staff who could care less.

As far as I know this is the best hotel in Eilat's North Beach. This does not meen it is excellent, but from the choice of 4 hotels located directly on the beach this was the best. Room is reasonably big, clean, a bit shabby. Breakfast is good, lots of various food and does not look like cafeteria. Pools are good.
Minor things I did not like - security tried to enter our room at night - 2.3 a.m.- they did not get info that room is occupied. Room cleaning tried to wake us up at 9 every morning. Otherwise all good

We had to sit in the lobby for hours because the rooms were not ready. The dining room was overrun with children and the chairs at the pool were in terrible condition

The hotel is beautiful and rather convenient. The beach is one of the most comfortable on the shore I guess, the sea is great and the beach location is perfect. The rooms are big and cosy, I like the bath room most)).
I think the hotel needs to change their traditions in serving meals. I mean lunches mostly..We had bb only that is why I cannot judge dinners but I feel the real lack of having a good and delisious lunch at the hotel. There are no restaurants that serve lunches inside the hotel , just only a kind of snack bars or smth of that kind. It'not a real problem, you see ,since there are some good restaurants on the harbour not far from the Herods.
