The food at Bio Hotel Hermitage was top quality and very tasty. Each dish was brilliant and the service during meals was friendly and helpful. The bar staff were bright and friendly and made amazing cocktails. The pool overlooking the dolomites was a stunning highlight. The hotel catered for all ages and the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

Michelin-starred chef: Chef Giovanni D'Alitta's culinary creations were a symphony of flavors, skillfully enhancing the ingredients without being overly extravagant. Accompanied skiing: Venturing into the winter wonderland of the Dolomites with the guidance of a skiing professional was an exhilarating experience, perfect for improving my skiing skills. I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on the outskirts of the village allowed for breathtaking views of the mountains from the room, restaurant, and spa. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making every meal a pleasure and providing a seamless shuttle service to and from the slopes. The spa area was a highlight, with a steam room and pool overlooking the mountains, offering pure bliss after a day of skiing.

This hotel is situated in a picturesque spot with breathtaking views of the mountains. The location is perfect for hiking and walking. the meals offered are simply delicious. The breakfast selections are varied and rich, with fresh coffee and tasty pastries. Dinner was always a culinary delight, with authentic Italian cuisine and an extensive wine list.

One downside of this hotel is that it can be quite pricey. some of the extra services offered, such as ski rentals, ski lessons, and airport transfers, are far more expensive than other local options.

The hotel has a breathtaking view of the mountains that change colors. There are hiking trails available for guests, making it a perfect location for a nature getaway. The continental breakfast has a generous selection of fresh fruits, cold cuts, and pastries, and the restaurant serves excellent Italian dishes. The clean and comfortable rooms come with a fantastic view of the valley, and the bathroom is well-stocked with amenities. The friendly staff is extra attentive and knowledgeable, giving excellent recommendations for excursions and activities.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, with stunning mountain views. The location was peaceful, away from the slopes but a quick drive with the hotel's transfer service. The staff treated us with kindness and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast choices could be improved, specifically by adding more variety to the menu.
