      Nice view into thermal area and whakawarewa Geothermal Village. The hotel was beautiful and service was fantastic. The room was clean and food was excellent.

      Location was good and hotel was fairly well situated in Rotorua. The staff were friendly everything was immaculate i just loved and assistance as was a busy holiday time and rooms were scarece. Pillows were comfortable and complimentary breakfast was also great.

      Pleasant surroundings, short travelling distance to wildlife park lake spas etc Comfortable room and bed, the hotel is in a good location right next to the thermal village. The staff are all very friendly and very helpful, buffet dinner is a fantastic experience too.

      View of the courtyard less pretty, friendly stuff and the staff gave us important advice. Room was reasonably well appointed and the swimming pool was very nice and the buffet dinner was good and good value.
