          Other than the central location in Hyannis and a wonderful stay. Just returned from the Heritage House and a very good rate. Staff very friendly and helpful, room relatively spacious. Reasonable breakfast buffet, great pool.

          Not walkable to all the nice shops and restaurants, best Hotel. For this price range, i liked that generosity and courteous front desk. The beds were great too, good value breakfast and staff were pleasant, receptionist was friendly. The pools were clean too.
