  Good location in Manila and the staff were friendly and was easy to get a cab out in the morning. Hotel was nice place to stay and just ok for the price I paid for. The lobby was clean and somewhat luxurious looking, customer Service was fantastic. The replacement room was better and breakfast was excellent.

  Fortunately, a taxi just passed by us, good nearby restaurants and nice location. Excellent stay in Manila, well worth the price and lobby and reception staff were very friendly, hospitable. Room was generally clean and lunch was better. Checkout was quick and efficient, the swimming pool was outdated and no one sun bathes there.

  Good value for the money, lobby nice rooms ok several things not working and chef very accomodating and the rest of the staff. The beds are comfortable and the pillows adequate.

  Great hotel, staff were pleasant and overall, the showers and bathrooms were well stocked and spacious. The breakfast was only just ok.

  The location itself was in a busy traffic area, at the corner of roxas and edsa, house cleaning was slow.

  The hotel seems to be chinees owned and the casino is nice, the staff are very welcoming, the rooms are keeped very clean.
