Heritage Hotel Auckland - 奥克兰

Heritage Auckland is situated in a fabulous location in the CBD - close to everything, anyway the hotel is very clean as is my room and the staff didn't cause us any problems.

The location was good, the best part of staying here was the close vicinity to sky tower and this made our stay memorable.

The location is great, this hotel is very central and close to on ramps for various motorways> Courteous staff.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking, being that we could clearly see the harbor, Unfortunately, upon arrival at the airport we were supposed to be met by a driver holding a sign with our names on it and then escorted to a Mercedes Benz taxi.

The hotel is also a block away from the bus station where you can book trips to other cities.

房间非常大，相当于两个高级房的大小，有开放式厨房方便旅客自己亲自下厨，房间也很干净整洁，位置在市中心，离奥克兰景点很近港口和观光塔走路就能到，非常方便.

性价比非常高的酒店，房间非常大 和 游泳池等设施都很不错.

The room was very clean, well decorated with a living area, a kitchenette, and off course, a nice bed.

The helpful staff, friendly check-in and the two bedroom apartment had a huge living room.

早餐的品种非常多，也很好吃，下次去新西兰也会选择heritage旗下的连锁酒店.

这是我住过性价比最高的酒店，酒店经常搞活动，我们在复活节期间去的，不但没有升价，而且还有复活节套餐被免费升级到套房和包含了两个人的自助早餐.

The Hobson St (East side) is a smaller building but has the large airy foyer with lounge bar and guest shop, the very smart Hector's restaurant, the gym and roof-top pool.

The hotel had a restaurant but we never ate there because of the many restaurants just a few steps away.

Additionally the beds were very comfortable and breakfast at Hector's restaurant was fantastic.

Checkout service was a little slow, even though there were three staff behind the counter and I was the only one at reception.

The staff were friendly, the concierge desk was really helpful and the shower was huge.

Location is great for exploring Auckland, service is as you would expect for a large hotel and the staff are VERY helpful and polite.

The location was perfect, i enjoyed the beautiful pool/spa rooftop setting and the staff were very helpful.

Apart from slipping and falling headlong into the spa pool, fortunately without injury, we had an excellent stay!

No mention of this when we booked on the website so were quite miffed - only booked this hotel for the "luxury" of the jacuzzi and pool following a long flight and if had known would not have booked to be honest.

There is a free LAN (no Wi-Fi at the time of our visit), but if you forget your laptop as I did, or don't have an Ethernet port, go to the central library (about 10 mins walk) where internet access is free.

Our room was spotless and breakfast included in our deal was best we had in NZ.

This hotel has beautiful facilities on the rooftop, staff friendly and attentive, the room was very clean.

Near the Skytower, great helpful staff and the room was luxurious and clean.

We received a good size room with divider and cot for our infant and room was very clean and fully equipt, although did only have a view of the carpark.

It was large and clean with a dividing partition between the two beds creating a private area.
