Great location, very close to the metro and tram.

The metro station is 2 minutes from the hotel and trams also stop nearby, although Rossio train station is currently closed for refurbishment (so you must go a little farther to catch a train to Sintra or Cascais).

28 tram (Electricos 28) around Graca, the Alfama, Baixa and Bairro Alto, Chiado and Estrela - and of course it's the preferred form of transport up to the Castelo de Sao Jorge.

I stayed in a superior room and it was comfortable, firm bed which i like, reasonable size, bathroom ok could be bigger but still ok.

The hotel is a very tasteful restoration of an old 6 floor-building, with a modern twist: (small) plasma screen with DVD, huge bathroom, comfy bed, wifi everywhere, and a small pool and gym.

This hotel had the most beautiful bathrooms, luxurious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds!

The decor of the room was modern and the bathroom was impeccably clean with up-to-date design.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, only light bar food: sandwiches.

Breakfast was served in the lounge and the relatively small numbers of guests and extended hours of service meant a relaxing start to the day.

There is no restaurant but since there are many eating places within a few minutes walk of the hotel this posed no problems and staff were always willing to serve coffee and biscuits on our return.

Based on their recommendation, we have a wonderful dining experience at Doca Seis, a fish restaurant with beautiful food, beautiful wine, and beautiful views.

The room service was disappointing: nothing hot, only light "bar food": sandwiches, fruit and cheese plates, etc.

It's perfect for a romantic getaway, and also great for a trip with friends as you can annex the nice and cosy lounge downstairs for breakfast until noon!

Very well located in the center of the old town, a super little hotel and concierge staff was not only very warm.

The main lobby is comfortable and inviting, the staff is absolutely great, the evening concierge could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful location, tasteful and elegant design to the warm service, staff goes out of its way to be helpful.

There is Spa in the basement, fresh and nice but pool is not so large.

The pool and fitness room were handy for a rainy day.

We negotiated a great rate and free self-serve gourmet teas available in the lobby all day.
