Formerly the Picardie Apartments back in 1934, there is still an art deco charm to be appreciated here. This hotel has been given four stars and has a great reception area, well-dressed staff, and interesting rooms. The "A" Superior Rooms, which cost Y1300, are huge, particularly the corner ones. However, some are a bit dismal and have dated furniture and bathrooms. All rooms feature broadband internet access. The staff is great and the location is great for shopping. There are discounts of up to 30% available.
