This hotel provides really good value for money.
Si vous venez en Finlande pour la première fois et que vous n'y restez pas longtemps, cet hotel en est un parfait résumé.
Wonderful location and the legendary hotel restaurant had also fantastic service.
Very nice location/design and excellent stuff.
If you don’t mind the location, this hotel can offer you a relaxing time and can help you break the hectic rhythm of your working day!
Taxi from the airport is around 30-35 Euro.
We took a taxi from the Crowne Plaza stop, which is closer to the Hilton Kalastajatorppa Hotel; on our return we just took the tram to the center and from there the Finnair bus.
Our room 507 was of standard size with king size bed, TV, pay movies, internet wireless connection, minbar, clock radio, safe, trouser presser, hairdryer with wooden floors and modern furniture.
The room is of a proper size and the furniture is very modern, it has a good bed, a working desk with chair and a comfortable easy chair.
Rooms & bathrooms -very modern & room clean & more than comfortable.
Sound travelled between rooms and we were woken up by the TV in the room next door.
The standard park view rooms were quiet (outside), very clean, the beds very comfortable and the bedding of good quality.
The breakfast and restaurants are pretty good, rooms are large, clean and quiet.
The hotel is divided into three sections, the Seaside Wing which houses all the waterfront rooms and the other wing houses the reception, breakfast restaurant, and standard rooms with balconies.
In particular the terrace bar and restaurant overlooking the sea was excellent.
The bad part is there isn't any other restaurants within walking distance so your pretty much stuck with the hotel restaurant unless you drive or take the tram.
Furthermore hilton has excellent beds & breakfasts and tasty food.
The door can only be opened with a key by the front desk staff.
The restaurant staff are nice, but do not shine in the service.
And the service personnel at the desk was not very friendly!
It has been beautifully renovated, has a nice gym, extremely nice sauna w.
The hotel has a variety of facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, private sauna rooms, own private small beach.
The hotel has a pool & sauna but these can only be used from 6-10am & from 5-10pm.
Only downside is the patchy wireless internet coverage.
That was very cool :) Our room was clean and breakfast were excellent.
Very clean room, fine breakfast and free swimming pool.
Rooms are modern, clean and reasonably spacious.
The rooms were small, but clean with modern decor.
