In reference to location, this hotel is only ever so lightly located outside the main city centre, the market square is probably less that a five minute walk and it would normally take us about ten to get to the main shopping streets.

Good location close to city center, the hotel staff are friendly and i liked the size of the room.

Or you love to enjoy the beautiful view of Gulf of Finland and this hotel is not in a good location in proximity to downtown Helsinki.

Nice hotel, just few minutes from the city center by foot.

I was there 2 nights and both mornings I waited 20 minutes to get a taxi.

Room 714 has a double height area with the bed and bathroom upstairs above the dininng area and with many small windows affording a view over the harbour.

Also downstairs was a living room, and adjacent bathroom, with bath, toilet, shower and sauna!

Double rooms (required for 2 guests) are merely a set of twin beds pushed together, there is no bathtub, and room size if a little smaller than expected.

The room consisted of a king size bed, working desk with good internet connection, mini bar, plasma TV, coffee and tea facilities and a sofa lounge, two chairs and coffee table.

It may be hard to explain, because the rooms have a strange yellow/green ambience, small windows, only recently got room safes and mostly have just a shower/no bath.

The hotel has a restaurant but I didn't eat there as the main street with several great restaurants is just a short walk away.

Staff at the bar was kind and helpful, the breakfasts were great, all other alcohol was also surprisingly high in price.

Hotel is fine; breakfast good but in a rather crowded restaurant and insufficent staff to keep tables clean for new people arriving.

The restaurant was closed when I arrived and the bar closed early.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody who doesn't mind a short walk to the shops/restaurants, but I would recommend getting a superior room if possible!

The location is perfect, about 20-25 minutes to get to the central railway station and pleasantly surprised at the sincere help offered by hotel staff at reception.

The location ment was very easy to get to the city centre, the hotel staff were excellent and service were good as well.

Car parking is available for 17euro a day or you can park outside the hotel.

Free wireless, fantastic sauna and the breakfast on the terrace or in the comfortable foyer.

I tried the sauna one evening in the hotel and it was a very nice experience.

It was also easy to connect to the wireless network.

The hotel is 5 mins walk to the high speed jet ferry (Nordic Line).

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean rooms.

The bathroom was clean, small and functional.

Rooms were spotless, the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean.
