We never experienced anything other than excellent service and really nice rooms.
The rooms were great - large and clean, the food we eat by the pool was excellent.
For an airport hotel is a great choice, the staff is very friendly and attentive, so-called "triple room" hardly big enough to swing a cat.

Good for Cairo airport and taxis are available from the street. Anyway the pool is great and the choice in places to eat is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooms are very comfortable and Thai restaurant is the best.

Airport proximity is good news and i enjoyd my stay and would be happy to stay here again. Great staff remember you and the rooms are shabby, and thouugh my bed was comfortable the duvet was too small to cover. Plenty of towels are also available and also, the Chinese restaurant downstairs is absolutely AMAZING.

Pool area was very nice and the food we eat by the pool was excellent, our week long stay was part business and part leisure. Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the Lebanese restaurant was superb value for money.

Nice facilities, over 7 restaurants, big pools and leisure area, stay Clear. Very reasonable rates, large lobby and the staff were very polite and friendly. Our room was wonderful, breakfast was great.

The hotel is very beautiful and its lobby area is massive, staff is attentive and polite. The rooms are nice, well stocked minibar and a good shower, all the restaurants have great food, the gardens are pretty and tranquil.
