Perfectly comfortable location in Lake Havasu City near to the lake and bridge and many restaurants and water sports and the pub called the Island Mall and Brewery. Also, close to everything.

Wonderful location, incredibly nice breakfast with good choice of food. Modern and contemporary room provided with the shower as well as the bar.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with great views and easy access to entertainment options. The room was modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. The hotel also offered a continental breakfast, although we missed it on the first day because we weren't informed about it at check-in. our stay at Heat Hotel was enjoyable and I would recommend it to others.

We found it to be a bit to loud because of the nightclub. We would have liked to be told about the nightclub before we arrived. I dont know if we would have made the choice to stay there if we would have known before hand just how loud it was going to be. If we stay again we will be sure to ask for a room as far away from the nightclub as we can get!

Great fun place to be, great location for activies and food. Only stayed one night, far too short!!

The rooms were all large and well-appointed with all the amenities. This accommodation had a central setting on the river.

Perfect location, friendly staff, large room with jetted tub and separate shower. Each room has a private balcony with amazing views. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Great experience, will definitely return!

All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Booked a room with a private balcony. There was a wide array of great meals. Location: the hotel was not far from the water front as well as the main attraction of the city-London bridge. My stay was real good here: )

Loved Lake Havasu City, the hotel was luxurious and unique right on the lake. The staff was amiable, efficient, and everything was great. The location was magnificent, near to the obvious restaurants next to the parking lot, and London Bridge, and had magnificent views.

The value for our money was excellent, with a large and modern room overlooking the water and London Bridge. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was top-notch.

The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options.

For a location such as Lake Havasu City, Heat can only be described as chic, and a pleasant surprise. They are trying hard (mybe just a tad too hard?) to establish Heat as a brand and appear to be succeeding. The brand theme is quite funky and consistent - even the door hanger messages are not the conventional "do not disturb type". No complaints at all about the facilities or comfort.

The staff are maybe just a little too "cool" to deal with the likes of 50-odd year old English tourists, and are thus a bit too distant and offhand for my liking. But I guess that's OKish. What is not ok was the young bar staff girl with the two tone hair. An offhand, rude and unpleasant person and a reason not to return. But she'll be found out soon enough.

The staff were attentive and efficient and the location was UNBEATABLE on the quay. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to In-n-Out Burger to relax and grab some food.
