Built in 1718 and comprised of three original Georgian houses, Hazlitt's Hotel is the former home of essayist William Hazlitt and all 23 rooms are named after former visitors or residents of the house. Bedrooms are luxuriously appointed, with mahogany four-poster beds, Victorian claw-foot tubs, excellent fabrics and genuine antiques. There is no elevator.
