  The pool area looked amazing and great atmosphere. Interiors incredible and staff very knowledgeable, attentive service, the room was beautifully furnished and large. The breakfasts were also excellent.

  Weird public areas designed for conventions rather than me and great hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive, the bedding was crisp and as good as anything I have ever encountered. Breakfast was lovely too.

  The design of the pool area was quite amazing and overall decor of the hotel the staff at the hotel definitely made the trip worthwhile. The service was excellent, my bedroom was fabulous and the bathroom enormous, our meal in the restaurant was just as enjoyable.

  The position was unbelievably ideal for 2 females, especially at night, the Haymarket Hotel was a wonderful stay and the service was prompt and friendly. Bed was large and comfy, the staff were amazing especially in the bar, breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent.

  Fantastic hotel will definately return, the staff is super nice and helpful, guestrooms are individually decorated, ours had a very calm feel to. The restaurant is also very good.

  Best firmdale hotel in London, friendly staff and our junior suite was extremely spacious. Our evening meal and breakfast were delicious and the service was great.
