The location here is great, close to Hollywood, the cruise port in Fort Lauderdale, and plenty of restaurants and businesses, with a modern room and a super comfortable bed.

The hotel is in a lovely secluded location near shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a business park. The breakfast was excellent and had options to suit all tastes.

The vacation stay was excellent with a fantastic location close to shopping malls and a supermarket, and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quickly resolved any issues that arose during my visit.

Location to Cleveland Clinic. There was a new trainee who was very sweet. The GM was sorry for the delay in not having our room ready. We did arrive early but was told by another staff member it would take 20 minutes. Ultimately it took over an hour. Hard when you are sick and had a consultantation with a doctor at the hospital. Long drive for us.

The rate was $92 as a member. I paid $99 for the second night. I was not offered the better rate.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern with a kitchenette, and the breakfast includes eggs and hot waffles for everyone's liking, at a convenient and peaceful location.

I would not go back or recommend to others. They gave wrong directions that cost me almost 1 hr in the middle of the night, 1 found roaches twice, mold in tub. They entered my room and handled my belongings, though do no disturb sign was out-then tried to enter again when I was sleeping with the sign out! 2 phones in rm did not work, and no employee even attempted to fix the problem, though I mentioned to 4 of them (including "I'm calling the front desk on my cell because your phones don't work"). I wanted to speak with a manager about intrusion in my room on Saturday. I was told there was no mgmt on property or available by phone until Mon morning about 0900. I asked for corporate number for complaints, and I was given a voicemail that wasn't even for customers. These people missed an average rating for service by a long way. After all this, they would not even give me a reasonable late check-out.

The rooms here are totally up to date with a cool separate sitting area that can be transformed into an extra bed if needed. It was just what we needed. The location is nice and quiet, tucked away in a charming neighborhood 🌿.

The Colombian restaurant was terrible...the food was old and nasty....It is a shame...on the other hand the Taco place was awesome.....

Comfort, location.

Coffee had black floaters from pot in it. Pot needs cleaning? Ice machine on 5th floor had black flecks in ice, looked like mold? Needs cleaning. Ice bucket lid in room had dried food stuck to it.
