Our hotel room had a comfortable king sized bed, our rates were very good and the front desk staff was AWESOME.

Rooms have large windows letting in a lot of light and giving a warm feeling to the room.

The size of the two-room suite is the most positive feature of this otherwise dreary picture.

The room was very clean, the bathrooms were quite small and it had a tiny kitchenette, again, every thing was very clean.

Comparing it to a Courtyard Marriott, the suites feel quite roomy, the furniture is more comfortable and there is more of it.

The bathroom was CLEAN, the microwave was fine and the restaurant was closed due to remodeling the continental breakfast was simple.

It's walking distance from lots of great local restaurants and shops.

The Situation: renovated factory in town's old industrial area turned into what-was-to-be a charming riverside collection of shops, hotels and restaurants.

The advertised restaurant closed up some time ago, the kitchen shop is moving out, and the dress shop looks deserted.

They have a free breakfast, the ladies who prepare the food scramble real eggs and do a good job of it.

Very sweet front desk staff, including the Air Conditioning--a true necessity on a warm summer day in Georgia and the kitchenette is fully functional.

They built a few shops in the lobby area that really add to the charm of the building.

The renovation of the old factory failed to include sound proofing, floor leveling, convenient elevators and stairs.

Nice hotel to bad for the jake brakes at 3am and free WI-FI.
