• Refrigerator barely kept my food at a safe temperature - Never actually saw any bugs
• Elevator was out almost a whole week - Pretty good for the money - Curtains were moldy
• Air-conditioner didn't work - Great value - I'd recommend - Little smelly in the bathroom

• Hawthorn Suites Columbus North

  Location price big rooms and also near stores and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay, friendly staff and the receptionist was extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed and clean.

  The sofa bet was really bad and the toilet was extremely dirty. Pool was drained and inoperable.

  The area was pretty quiet and the stay was good for the price. Staff were very friendly, helpful, the rooms in our suite were nice and the towels were mixed one like new and one just a step above the rag bag. Breakfast was better than expected, the pool was clean and a refreashing time to our hot, long day.

  The location was not the most convenient and the breakfast was better than your average "Hotel Continental. The staff were friendly and the room was very nice. The sausage and eggs were actually quite good.

  Location was great for i was working that week, this hotel was very nice for our 1 night stay in Columbus and the staff were very responsive to any inquiries. Room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was good.

  Very disappointed as the other hawthorn suites in the Columbus area appeared to be very nice, the hotel is on a quiet street and the room smells musty, the pot and frying pan are marginally useful. Breakfast is very good, good selection and hot.

  Interior is really old and staff are not friendly.

  The service, location and price was fabulous, for my stay I put a towel down and was fine till I left, staff were really nice and helpful. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean, the breakfast was hot, good.

  A very good hotel for the money and great service. Beds pretty comfortable, cleaned the bath and kitchen, lots of options, usual breads/pastries, a few hot selections and waffles. Nice little gym for cardio.

  That makes this situation all the worse, no clean towels.
