Exceptionally clean rooms where the fireplace was boarded up and excellent service. Good hot breakfast with bacon, sausage and exceptionally nice staff.

The location was central, short walk to another couple for a business trip and a variety of places to eat. The breakfast was nice hot with bacon, sausage and also fresh fruit, perfect to start our day.

Absolutely great accommodation with favourable setting really close to downtown Columbus, a "industrial ghetto "and zero neighborhoods. A great selection of fresh options for meal. Perfectly clean room with an own bathroom. Excellent service from the amazingly nice, accommodating staff members.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the Christmas stay a bit better. the location was conveniently close to some local attractions and restaurants, making it easy to go out and explore. the free hot breakfast was also a nice touch, especially during the cold mornings.

The experience was not all positive. the room was not clean enough, and there was a strange smell that made the stay uncomfortable.

Continental Breakfast was first class.

Facility/property was run down and in disrepair. Room was dirty; stove was gross. The pull-out sofa was un-sleepable, not even for a youg child since its matteress was nothing but an old bag of coil springs. What was considered a Queen bed was not by American Standards. Hotel appeared to have semi-permanent residents living there. Very disappointed as the other Hawthorn Suites in the Columbus area appeared to be very nice.

Such a very nice stay in the winter time. Huge and new-fashioned rooms in this hip new hotel. Clean bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Favourable and easy location near zero neighborhoods in a good area.

Well, it was a very pleasant stay on a road trip that was nice. Amazingly friendly staff gave advice on things to do. Its marvellous, central location was a plus. I loved that the hotel was 21 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel's location was favourable and absolutely perfect, close to many attractions, convenient stores, and the public areas. It was not too far from Wendy's, serving fast food.

i enjoyed having the outside picnic area where the entire party could get together without nvading each others room. I also liked having the availablility of getting to know the other guests with the same picnic area.

The pool was closed and it was reallyt hot :( That was really the only thing though
