Nice location, hotel provides a shuttle down to Wakiki beach is useful.

My husband was travelling on business and had a heart attack in Honolulu Airport.

No rental cars and no rooms available anywhere.

They gave me transportation to the hospital and told me I could have the room as long as I needed it (at a very nice rate) I might add.

Our stay wasn't long enough, excellent service and really spacious room.

The staff at the gift shop was very pleasant and the included breakfast was great.

Excellent service and hakone restaurant was fantastic.

Best view in ocean, nice restaurants in the vicinity and great for a stay before a cruise as is not too far from the cruise terminal.

Location was good because right next to the water and restaurant in the hotel was great.

The food in the hotel is of excellent quality, however it is a bit over priced.

      The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help you. The pool is wonderful the reason I marke as a good is only because it closes at 8 pm. The food in the hotel is of excellent quality, however it is a bit over priced. Overall this hotel is the place to stay, it is far enough away from downtown that there is no road noise, yet close enough to walk to shops and to the beach.
