Over the New Year’s holiday, my family and I stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area surrounded by lush greenery. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating, offering us a delicious kaiseki dinner and an equally satisfying breakfast. we enjoyed the tranquility of the indoor and outdoor onsen baths, which provided a much-needed respite from the chaotic city life.
Our stay was not without its challenges. The hotel was located far away from any nearby restaurants or convenience stores, making it difficult to find food options outside of the hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing us with a sense of relaxation and tranquility. The highlight of our stay was definitely the onsen, which was incredibly soothing and provided a great sense of serenity. The separation of the men and women's areas ensured privacy and made the experience even more enjoyable. We also loved the flexibility of the onsen hours, allowing us to enjoy it whenever we felt like it. The views from our room were breathtaking and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional, with delicious and authentic cuisine. Despite the language barrier, the staff made an effort to communicate with us and ensure our needs were met. We would definitely return here for another amazing experience.
This place is highly recommended to all.

I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were exceptional and the staff showed genuine hospitality. Their willingness to help even with the language barrier was commendable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and cleanliness was of utmost priority. The onsen was the best part of my stay; both indoor and outdoor options were available. It was a great relief after a long day and the timings were very flexible. The hotel location was also convenient with easy access to transportation.

The traditional room was definitely a highlight - so clean and serene. We had a beautiful view of the lush greenery. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were also enjoyable. We particularly liked the grilled river fish for breakfast. The staff was very polite and attentive.
The location was not ideal - quite isolated with no restaurants nearby. Although the onsen facilities were good, the price for the set dinner was very high.
