We stayed at a hotel near a golf course with a stunning view. The room was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom and fantastic service from the staff during breakfast. The leisure facilities were also helpful as we took advantage of the pool and spa. However, the poor condition of the hotel's exterior was a significant let down, causing us to question the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The room was airy and spotless with a shower and shampoo in the separate bathroom. We had a very comfy bed and they prepared an exceptionally good breakfast. The location was beachfront, next to the Newcastle coast, and the Percy French restaurant situated in the grounds.

The room was very well decorated and with a world class view of the mountains. The location was incredible and excellent, close to The best golf course in the World ", hill under new management and the stunning mountains of Mourne. Plus, a historic golf club was not too far from the venue.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond, leaving a thoughtful birthday surprise in our room and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spa and pool were a highlight, offering a relaxing experience with stunning views.

Exceptional place, it was reasonably clean and had genuinely professional staff who was very accommodating and had excellent customer service. The breakfast was warm and extensive and on all 3 sections, reasonably priced. The pool area was lovely and the location was perfect and absolutely incredible, near which was superb and the seafront with fabulous views of the sea and over towards Sieve Donard mountain.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, greatly enjoyed large and warm breakfasts.
The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a very relaxing area, near both public areas and resort rooms, the shops, cafes and the Mourne Mountains in the background. The staff were all customer-oriented, competent. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, overlooking the sea. Also, Newcastle Beach was around the corner. The food from the family restaurant was good.
