Staff were extremely friendly, receptionist was extremely helpful and the bed was very comfortable and clean.

They were more than helpful in recommending restaurants in the city, the hotel provided an excellent all round service and complimentary coffee room was prepared.

Pleasant walk in to Derry city, rooms are very comfortable and i particularly liked the ability to choose either foam or feather pillows.

The staff are welcoming, i liked the little extras like sweets in the room and the Open Plan Foyer/bar is very attractive.

Public rooms very good, first impressions excellent--friendly helpful receptionist.

The meal in the restaurant was also very good.

The breakfast was delicious and dinner was excellent.

The service i found the bar area very comfy and lovely tranquil atmosphere overall enjoyed our stay.

Friendly attitude of the staff mane a most pleasant stay and excellent service.

    Close to city centre and i can't wait to return to this super friendly hotel. The staff are welcoming, i liked the little extras like sweets in the room and the Open Plan Foyer/bar is very attractive.
