  Some excellent hotels nearby, the building itself is lovely and the prices are reasonable. Furthermore location is very good and the streets are clean. National papers in the lobby are a nice touch, the staff very helpful friendly even advising and i stayed in the superior room is a little more expensive. Loved the Piano Bar on the first floor - beautiful space and breakfast is great.

  Nice atmosphere and the opera house building is a beautiful theatre. The location is excellent, many of the staff remember The Troubles all too well and i expected to be a smallish room. A great lounge/bar that you can enjoy a drink and some lovely restaurants in the cathedral quarter.

  The location was excellent and shower was lovely nice to have iPod docking station. Additionally the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fabulous and breakfast was good. Didn't hear any noise during the night even there was people coming in from local pubs to avail of the late license, check-out was fast and efficient, luxury or facilities that I had expected from a reputable.

  Big room overlooking the road and walking distance to many excellent restaurants in the Golden Mile. The location perfect, fantastic hotel and i booked late so wasn't a cheap rate. Huge lobby area, helpful staff and the concierge there was also very nice.

  Shower was tepid - reported on the night and just that to have breakfast was quite expensive at £16.00.

  Hotel was very nice, the interior was well dated and the price was reasonable for the location. In addition the bus tour was the best I have been on, staff were friendly and helpful, the senior concierge was competent. The room was fine and the residents bar stayed open all night long.

  Pillows were too soft and the breakfast dining experience-not worth the £8 I paid for.

  The Hotel very clean, impressive building and its real luxury at a very affordable price. Excelent location great food and train stations is excellent. This includes the world renowned gas lit Crown Liquor Saloon is just across the street, the lobby is large and pleasant, the staff are friendly.

  Rooms are very small and the biz computer is not good form. The voice used on the elevator and breakfast arrived a short time later. Insufficient milk to make hot beverages.

  The valet/concierge staff were outstanding. The hop-on hop-off bus stop was just a block down the street.

  My parents room faced the street and we're kept up all night especially when the bars acrossed the street closed.

  Great location and excellent hotel. Staff extremely helpful, the receptionist was friendly and the bed was without doubt the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. Breakfast was fine.

  Location is brilliant - only a five minute walk from city hall, are recent stay at the europa was very comfortableand relaxing the staff were very polite and the concierge service is very good too. Bed is comfortable.
