Bistro The Causerie is more informal place for dining, located on the ground floor of the property. This contemporary bistro offers a various choice of snacks, light meals and full meals. The Causerie is open for breakfast from 6.30am to 10am and from7am to 11am on Saturday and Sunday, lunch is served from 12pm to 5.30pm and dinner from 5.30pm to 11pm.

The hotel has 16 meeting rooms and the Grand Ballroom. There is also newly built Conference and Exhibition Centre which is the biggest in the city. It is situated in the area of 515sqm which is totally flexible and can hold up to 56 exhibition stands. The location of the europa is excellent, the hotel is very central and close to the shopping areas.

Staff can be slow, bathroom is fairly nice and well equipped, onsite leisure facilities would have been good too.

The location was good and our room was at the front of the hotel and we had a great view across Belfast. The staff were just amazing, the bed was large and very comfortable and the bathroom was adequate, the breakfast was also quite pleasant.
