  Good and friendly service, great Rooms, most of all I liked suntanning by the pool.

  Limited selection of hotel restaurant meals, for the money not worth and in the more expensive tower. The music noisy was all night sounding in the yard.

  Great service, our dinner in the Copper Room restaurant was excellent as was our waiter.

  Generally the hotel was old and the outdoor adult pool was disgustingly dirty.

  The staff were attentive and friendly, our room was clean, fresh, spacious.

  Hotel was dated and food was horribly overpriced and service was extremely slow. The family pool was noisy and busy, the lap pool out of doors was nice.

  Wonderful and the outdoor balcony a real, food was good and the staff were great.

  Hotel room was no better than many motel rooms and our service was the worsted I've had in years, rude, unfriendly.

  Wife loved the fresh robe on the bed we arrived and hot pool.

  Outdated style in the room and the hotel needs to be updated.

  Attractions only minutes away and the boat trip on the lake is well worth doing. None , a fantastic stay, wish we could have stayed longer and many restaurants are just down the street. The staff is helpful, rooms are great and food at a resort like this should be excellent.

  The main tower is sooooo old even without fans in the bathroom, the waiters are casual, disinterested and appear untrained, hopefully the women manager is good and help me to resolve the aforesaid issues eventually. The prices have always seemed too high and the pool temperatures too low.

  Beautiful views and location, our rooms in east tower were new and clean. Hotel located near the lake, the price seemed reasonable considering the use of the hot springs was included in the price and the front desk staff were awesome. The bathroom was very large and breakfast was great. The maids were nice, the pool was fabulous.

  Location is very nice and the valley nearby the hotel are also very convenient and good for visitors. The staff is wonderful and helpful, the rooms are nicely appointed. Also afternoon tea in front of fireplace is great and the pools are excellent.

  The area is stunningly beautiful and all the hotel guests could use the 3 outdoor pools. The spa services are awesome to have available and does the water really come from the REAL hot springs. The afternoon tea is a nice touch and the staff is attentive.

  Nice surrounding village and beautiful View. Traditional style of hotel and well worth the money. Good lobby and the friendly staff.

  Our room in main building was very small and the shower pressure was very weak and the temperature kept changing on me. The food was bad, the Spa treatments were too expensive.

  The views are stunning and the hot spring pools are very relaxing, a great place to get away without a long commute, big beds and big, fluffy white robes are awesome.

  The location and the hot pools, beautiful lake setting, the rate was reasonable $114/night. Staff were great and rooms were spacious. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

  Beautiful view of the harrison lake and wonderful setting. Friendly and helpul staff, spacious rooms. The food was good and the hot pool outside was awesome.

  Spa areas and the sunday brunch was very good, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, our reception was prompt, friendly, and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable, the breakfasts was adequate as was the dinner, the indoor and outdoor pool was great.
