Spa staff and services were excellent. Each person who attended me was very courteous and friendly and the prices were very good.

We did not like that the pool and hot tub .area did not have a separate area for children.

Privacy, lots of thing to do in town, and in the casino. The food was great. Good value. We are coming back for sure. Nice way to spend our anniversary and watch the boat parade.

          Hum....not alot to say really

I arrived at the Grand Casino Biloxi at approximately 1:00 PM and asked if it was possible to check in early. Staff said only if we paid an additional $15 fee! Needless to say we did not eat our late lunch there as planned nor did we gamble at the casino. I'm in my mid 50's and a travel agent and I have been able to check in early if the room was available at no additional cost all over the world! But not at Grand Casino Biloxi!! So I'm not planning on returning or recommending the Grand.

Tunica hotels are less expensive with eating and gaming being the same.

The staff was great... when they found out it was my husband and my 30th wedding anniversary they allowed us to stay in a suite and it was absoltely perfect. We loved every minute of it. Had we not had plans for the next two nights, we would have stayed longer. We will be back soon.

          The Casino and buffet.

The 7th floor we stayed on was under construction. We got awaken at 7 A.M. on a Saturday morning with hammering and drills going:( Also, there was no hot water in our room!! The floor was non-smoking but it still reeked of smoke. We stay on the coast about every 2 months. This is our first and last stay at the Grand Biloxi.

We went to a concert at hard rock. It was close to our destination, reasonably priced. Not expensive, not cheap. Friendly staff cozy clean rooms. Extra towels received when requested

Staff very friendly...the room wasn't availiable when we got in because I reserved the room via my phone as we were walking in the door so I didn't expect it to be ready ... so we walked across the hall to the pool and relaxed listening to a very good bar band and had a few drinks. Went back inside, checked in, then went to the floor and played. Overall, a very good experience.

When we first got there with luggage in hand and looking lost, none of the staff even hinted that they knew where the hotel check in was.

The hotel was easily navigated and accessible. The staff* (Please see exception below) were all friendly and professional. The rooms were up to date and elegant with great beds and everything was clean. Ample room for a two queen bed room and accommodating to guests. We would stay there again.

*As noted above: We stayed overnight on our trip to Texas and again on our trip back from Texas. On the return trip, after driving 12 hours, we landed in the Casino parking garage instead of the hotel garage, but didn't realize until we were all unpacked out of the car and walked in only to be greeted by a very unwelcoming attendant at the door who checked the IDs of our two daughters (ages 21 and 22). We didn't mind walking through the casino to get to the lobby and checkin. The attendant wanted us to go get packed back in the car and drive around the hotel to the hotel entrance! I couldn't believe it. He was very rude and grumpy, not at all like the other staff. Not sure if he's always like that, but as a guest, I am not about to put up with that and we walked through the casino with no problem. If anything, he would be the reason we wouldn't come back.

Killed a roach in my room. Hair dryer did not work. Prices were the same as other casino hotels, but not near as nice. I stayed there prior to Katrina and it was an enjoyable stay, but The Grand seems to be limping now. I wont stay there again. For about the same money I can stay at a much nicer place.

Location, view, linens, large restroom, parking garage

Rooms were dingy and not well maintained, lighting in room was poor, smoking and ash trays on non-smoking floor, pool hours cut short, staff was very in mismatched attire and not very people friendly. We paid over $500 dollars for two nights and expected more high-end quality.
