The hotel is fairly clean and offers excellent service. Great location with a shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was modern and had a very comfortable bed with amazing river views. The staff were consistently courteous. The restaurant served outstanding food, especially the incredible breakfast.

Had a very nice stay on a business trip. Good-sized room with great view. Very comfortable beds. The staff were more than helpful. Its location was particularly good and exceptional, very close to all Council Bluffs casinos, and the zoo and the old market.

Beautifully kept hotel with patient staff that are fun and provide a great service, truly enjoyed our staying. They gave us nicely decorated and brand-new deluxe king room with a king bed.

The hotel was modern and luxurious with a great river view. The rooms were impeccably clean and updated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was exceptional, close to downtown and other attractions. The rooftop restaurant had a fantastic breakfast selection.

Checking in was smooth, the room had new comfy beds, coffee cups, and plenty of towels, plus the service was superb overall.

Comfy bed, quiet environment, convenient location off main roads. Limited time to explore the building, but what was seen was clean and nice. Appreciated the option to keep the air on all night for uninterrupted sleep. Best sleep away from home in a while. Excellent breakfast at the 24-hr restaurant, with friendly service from Mariah. a nice facility.

I didn't like that there was a charge to use wireless internet. That was the only thing I didn't like about our stay.

The location was excellent, being attached to the casino and offering easy access to restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast at the 24 hr restaurant was delicious, and the service provided by Mariah was friendly and attentive.

It was the only hotel available at the time I made the reservation.

They leave a bottle of water in your room, if you use it, its another $4, the room was under $200 the first night and over $300 the second night.

The staff were more than helpful and provided a particularly good and fantastic breakfast with desserts and also the grill.

We dined at a nice restaurant with a wonderful view of the city on the other side of the river, located in a great area with easy access, close to both an old market and a regular market.
