I keep coming back to this amazing place for my stays. The staff found my lost valuable during my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, fitness centre, indoor pool. Perfect for a romantic escape.

Bathroom very old and not value for money

The room was very good with excellent facilities and the location is good. Staff were very helpful.

The food and selection was not as good as I expected. Drinks were expensive. This may give me doubts in recommending the Hotel although in all other aspects I would recommend it.

Enjoyed a lovely xmas break in this alpine hotel. Location was great with easy access to ski slopes and town amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the buffet and dessert courses.

The room was slightly dated with an old-fashioned TV set. The spa area was a bit crowded during peak times, which limited the relaxation experience.

nice located in the centre of the town,free parking in the hotels garage was very convinient,friendly stuff,nice breakfast,nice room though we booked it in a very good price.

a little bit of a labirinth the way down to the garage but you soon learn how to get there .

This luxurious hotel met all of our exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing full-body massages and facial treatments. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were flawless, offering ideal relaxation after a day of skiing. The restaurant's continental breakfast and special diet menus were delicious, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a casual drink. The location was superb, being walking distance from the main attraction.

One minor downside of this hotel was the limited sun loungers on the sun terrace. this venue provided an unforgettable experience with outstanding service and private facilities, making our stay more than enjoyable.

Not sure the qulaity of the rooms justified the 5 star rating/price!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, perfect location, delicious meals, comfortable rooms.

Nothing it is perfect.

Immaculate service support the 5* rating.

You can hear movement in other bedrooms. Not "noisy" as such but perhaps slightly too audible for the 5* rating.

location is best best best. and breakfast is really good. Front Office staff is very polite and friendly. we had a wonderful holiday. for sure will be choosing this hotel next winter.

indoor pool should be open at least 10 pm.

Great Christmas experience

Enjoyed Christmas with a wonderful meal, including mulled wine and traditional food. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and ski lifts. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay.

The Spa access was limited, with children being allowed in during certain hours, causing disturbances to the peaceful atmosphere. the bottled water was excessively expensive, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely furnished with a grand view over the village.The pool and spa area were clean and comfortable. It was very nice being upgraded to the junior suite.

The bathroom was only with a bathtub and you have to shower in the tub. So we showered in the spa.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent experience. The location in the centre of this city was perfect, as I could easily walk to many restaurants and bars. Moreover, it was just a short walk to the two main ski lifts which took me to the Hahnenkamm gondola. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, especially the modern gym and the indoor pool. The staff was incredibly polite, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to choose from.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I loved the hotel, the location, the staff, the food.

I did not like the spa.
