  Good location and great value. The room was clean and nicely decorated in a masculine style, staff were excellent, bar was comfortable. Breakfast was also fantastic.

  The food was all home cooked, piping hot and excellent value for money, the meal was average and I expected better quality than we got, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good and breakfast was fresh. Dinner was great.

  The quality of the food was very good and i would recommend the steak pie, one of the staff baked themselves and was spectacular, our room was spacious clean the bathroom looked new. In the bar/restaurant were pleasant and efficient.

  All in all a good hotel for its location close to a34 and ideal for the races at Newbury, service is great, wifi Internet is free and very strong. The bar is lovely all new refurbished the staff were lovely.

  All in all, superb value for money, great customer service and owner Jon very nice. Good shower and large towels, decent bar, comfy sofa. The food was excellent.

  Overall a nice place to stay at a very reasonible cost, friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfy. The food was great value, the beer was good.

  The manager, clare, was excellent and a real credit to the hotel, the reception was very good on all 5 channels, the room was spacious, clean and stylish. The bar was welcoming and the staff were friendly, food was fantastic, great value for money.

  In short, this place was great once more, staff were excellent and polite, our room was spacious, clean and very relaxing to be in. Breakfast saturday morning was also very good.
