• Hard Rock Hotel Panama Megapolis

  Great location and the service custumer in hard rock store. The hotel is a big tower and the staff are well trained and very professional, classy and well mannered. Rooms is good, good matress and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The pool is also gorgeous.

  Good location, i loved every minute of and definitely gives my stay at the Hard Rock an A+ rating. Service is excellent, the rooms are huge.

  Location made for an easy jaunt to casco viejo & and the staff at the hotel were very courteous and ready to help. Balcony was fabulous, buffet was excellent and s facilities were great.

  Only few members of the personnel spoke proper English and the elevator system was awful.

  Location is excellent, the hotel is huge and there is often a huge crowd waiting for elevators, some of the staff do have basic to good English the majority do not.

  Good location, awesome hotel and superb decoration and design. The staff were very friendly and room was great. Breakfast was also wonderful and i used the gym, had a very nice set up and utilized the rock spa, was fantastic.

  Great location, decor awesome and nice interior. Very friendly and helpful staff, impressive rooms. Good food in restaurant and pool amazing.

  Spotty service especially in bars, high priced beverages.

  The views were amazing and the food was really good, the first impression of the hr Hotel was really great, other shopping The staff were exceptionally friendly &. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

  S the most happening place in the city, the room was amazing and front desk upgraded us for our honeymoon and the food at ciaos was exceptional.
