The entire hotel staff were very nice and service was excellent.
Fresh fruit, dinner there as well and the pool was nice.

Getting there

Orlando International Airport is located southeast of downtown. There are frequent flights between Orlando and Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, the Bahamas, Mexico, Panama, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, El Salvador, France, and the UK. Amtrak train station connects Orlando with Miami and New York.

The food at the hotel's restaurant the kitchen was excellent as was the service, staff were very friendly and atttentive, the room was very clean and inviting. The large lcd tv was great and the pool was fantastic.

The hotel had alot of memorabilia was very tasteful, the housekeeping service was also excellent, and very friendly, within 15 minutes we were able to go to our room.

The pool area is wonderful and the Kitchen restaurant is a good place. The lobby is beautiful, and the staircase lovely as well, the staff is excellent, all of the rooms have now been renovated. The food is standard holiday inn continental fare and chilled wine and large portion of nuts delivered too.

The location is good and Citywalk is also very cool. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has great eats. Dinner had three hot items cut veggies, the employees very nice and the pool is wonderful, busch Gardens is well worth a visit also.

The music is played in all public areas all day and i really liked, one of the best hotel pools I have seen. The beds are queen in a double room is a nice plus and all the restaurants onsite are great.

We loved the huge lagoon style pool and a great hotel. The staff were very cheerful, the hosts were all very nice and room service was fast and yummy. The kitchen restaurant was about $50 for a light lunch for two adults and one child, the linens and pillows were fantastic, the food was excellent.
