There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the light filled and decent sized room. The sea view here was outstanding. Its location was stunning, adjacent to the port and masses of ocean. It also was right next to the beach-and easy walk to eateries.

the location is central. the rooms are well-maintained and stocked here with a great view and milk plus a view-brilliant value.

Light filled, beautifully designed room with a separate bathroom and a shower and a hairdryer. Best and efficient stuff all over the place. Stunning location to National Aquarium of New Zealand. Also, close to the town Centre.

The location for Napier was quiet and easy, near local restaurants and the beach, shops & excellent restaurants. We had lunch in Coolcat Ice Cream Parlor, located nearby.

The staff in general is best and efficient. The a single room is light filled and fashionable.

Tbh, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for Art Deco weekend. It was well priced, compared to other miniature hotels. The hotel was in an incredible location, in proximity to great eating places. Every staff member was respectful and excellent.

The entire hotel was fairly clean, generous sized and well stocked rooms. The staff was respectful, excellent, provided a familyatmosphere. I had well priced room with a view. The venue was in an amazing location really close to beach and walkway and cafes, restaurants, shops and even a movie theatre. Also, a bronze statue was 2 miles away from the hotel.

The room was bright and perfect, it had a lounge area, a kitchenette, and secure WiFi. The food at the restaurant was splendid.

I had the most amazing view from my balcony at Harbour View Seaside Accommodation. It was breathtaking to watch the boats and the hustle and bustle of the bay right from my room. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach, shops, restaurants, and play area all within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and their service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, great location, and friendly staff.

The property itself seemed a bit worn down, with old and worn out carpets, showers, toilets, doors. The amenities provided were too basic for the price I paid.
