The hotel's location is convenient with good restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast has a good variety of foods to choose from.

Street noise and noises from nearby barracks can be heard even with windows closed.

There is a good food option within 100 ft - nam phuong restaurant. Staff was friendly and we liked our stay. Everything created a charming atmosphere.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay, which made it quite noisy in the mornings. the tiling in the corridors was quite loud when people wheeled their luggage, which could be disruptive to guests trying to sleep.

Great location, near the port with easy access to the city center. The hotel had a colonial-style decoration with beautiful artistic pieces. The room was large and peaceful, perfect for resting after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any question or request.

The breakfast was very limited with few options, and the restaurant staff was not very attentive. The shower was not always hot and the water pressure was low.
