        Dining area was great and our 1 night stay here was not bad. The staff was very accomodating, the suite we rented was a good size and little restaurant were nice. The gym was fine.

        The location is fabulous and everything about this hotel is fantastic. The cleaning staff even cleaned the dishes for us, room are very comfortable and clean, gym facilities are great.

        Great location for visiting all the sights of Victoria and lovely hotel. The staff good and comfy beds. The elevators stunk as well and dry sauna.

        A central location near to the waterfront and romantic stay. Very friendly staff and large TV. A nicely appointed kitchen, tea available and the chef prepares most of the choices gluten free.

        Large open room good view and the hotel is in a great location. The staff is fantastic in all respects and the balcony door slides open for fresh air.

        We liked the view of downtown, lots of nice restaurant around this hotel and very friendly helpful staff. Additionally hot tub and dry sauna. Food wonderfully tasty and a free local newspaper.

        Location is excellent, the hotel's fitness center is huge -- 1,200 square feet and service price are always great. Bathroom ventilation is good.
