When I eventually arrived and checked into the hotel, they ran the credit card and the charge looked a little high so I asked them for a breakdown of the charges and was told the base price (before taxes, etc) was $109!
My family and I named our own price at Booked.net and the Harborview was selected as our hotel.
After the price was accepted I checked the hotel/motel website and it looked like it would be a decent place to stay with fridges, and continental breakfast.
A couple of days prior to our travel I checked this site (trip advisor) and saw all the bad complaints about this hotel so I I informed Booked.net but was still required to stay their or loose our money.
The hotel is located at a very nice location.
Great location and or owned the hotel was very nice.
The hotel is in a good location but that's the only positive thing I can say.
It was about an $8 cab ride and ten minute trip from the airport.
Also, the airplanes fly about 200 feet directly over your head, when landing at the airport.
$*+ a night for strange curly paper towels for bath towels, dirty bed sheets and pillows, a rude owner, room the size of a crackerbox, broken toilet, and no parking.
This our third (3) stay at this property, and while it it not the "Ritz" what more do you need beside a nice bed, clean room, big time TV, excellant wireless, a full kitchen and cool fresh air.
There were loud noises and banging in the night all night long,and FINALLY, on the second morning, we woke up to bed bugs in our beds!
When me and my wife first arrived at the hotel they did not have our standard room of one king size bed.
The bed was very comfortable and it has a big TV.
Right in Little Italy with lots of good restaurants.
Being in the middle of the city, restaurants, residences, and transportation, made everything feel close to home.
Moreover the continental breakfast consists of thinly sliced muffins, nice host.

The owners/managers who live in an apartment adjacent to the front desk on the bottom floor do not seem as though they have any morals in regards to what they choose to charge you for.
The car parking scheme is a scam, we were told that parking was included in the price but on arrival, despite our protest, we were charged $5.
I had to drag my luggage up the stairs since the elevator was not working.
It is three stories and they are putting in a new elevator so you will get your exercise during construction.
There was no wireless internet connection available as well.
The hotel manager was very nice and helpful and the renovated room was very clean.
In downtown san Diego, clean, small room.
