On the whole we found the hotel to be excellent value for money with a great location.
The hotel was excellant value for money and located in a great position for exploring Boston.
Thought the cost of the hotel was slightly overpriced for what we paid however it may not be particularly expensive in relation to the rest of Boston.
Price wise it is almost 40% less than other hotels in the area.
As a previous review mentioned, location - this hotel is located a few steps from Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market which makes it convenient to do a lot of walking.
The hotel is situated in a good location which is handy for most attractions in downtown Boston.
The location is perfect, being located at the edge of Faneuil Hall.
Wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are coming from the airport, subway station located in front of the hotel.
With a subway stop just a few yards from the hotel door, access from Logan Airport couldn't be easier.
The room had clearly recently been decorated, the bathroom was excellent and the room was huge as was the bed and TV.
The outside of the hotel is beautiful, as is the lobby, but upon arrival to our room, we found several hairs on the shelf under the mirror in the bathroom, as well as the same colored hairs in our bed, and all over the carpet.
The room was recently renovated with a king sized bed and a flat screen television.
The rooms were very homely, and the comfortable bed ensured I always had a good night's sleep.
They were out of the room I had booked (city view) but upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed in it (not a problem for us at all!
Restaurant / Bar was closed for refurb but it didnt matter because there were so many bars and restaurants nearby.
No food on site though but there is a sports bar and convenience store immediately adjacent with bars and restaurants within a block or two.
Restaurant open for continental breakfast only.
It didn't have a bar or restaurant, but there are many close by.
I highly recommend this place unless you want to spend 3x the price for bell service and a coffee shop for breakfast.
The location was fantastic for visiting the city, the room lighting was very good based on experences we have had at other hotels and the staff at the front desk was very helpful.
A great location, good value for money and we thought the staff were most helpful in particular Robert on the front desk.
Like many of the other reviews stated there are not alot of extras with this hotel like a gym, restaurant, pool etc.
The interior rooms have a window that looks out on an atrium and the elevator lobby on each floor.
The elevator was fast and quiet, the complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate 24h was a simple, use of a local guide book was very useful too.
They told us the day before we came that they had wireless internet access.
I had no problem what so ever connecting with the high speed internet.
The whole hotel including our room was clean and tidy and everything we wanted.
The room was spotless, very roomy and comfortable.

Our room was an atrium room and it was clean and comfortable.
The staff was friendly and accomodating, the room was clean but old, the decor is charming with exposed brick walls, a nice change from large chain accomodations.
