The hotel was excellent value for money and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.
New hotel, we were quiet throughout the boat ride and the attention of the staff was very good.
Other points of concern are the noise level from the street and good service in organizing a trip.

The hotel itself can best be summarised as all furs and the staff here are exceptional. The rooms are clean and serviceable and the executive rooms are extremely spacious.

Thanks to ken at the front desk was very helpful during our stay, the staff were always kind and efficient, the Buffet Breakfast was very nice and included in the price of the room. The food was excellent as was the service.

In a perfect location, fabulous hotel and the rates are very reasonable. The lobby is big, elegant, the staff are very helpful, courteous and the FO manager is very kind and was always willing to help us. Rooms are reasonably comfortable and the breakfast is enjoyable.
