Great view from balcony room, this hotel was far more than we expected to be and the staff here were also very polite.

Fairly new hotel in a quieter street in a central location and great service. Very nice and clean rooms, free tea. A good choice for Hanoi, the staff speaks excellent English and French.

One of the hotel's managers talked a very good French and was very nice to us, service of staff were excellent, the bathroom was spotless cleaned and the fresh towels were provided everyday. Great breakfasts was included in the price.
