The location was excellent, not too far away from Hanoi Old Quarter. I stayed here before, always delightful and functional rooms with balloons.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow also the bed of mine was too high.

Clean place accompanied by superfriendly and fairly friendly staff. Well-equipped room with very comfy beds. 30 km away from Noi Bai International airport.

The rooms were impressive and spotlessly clean, had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. I greatly enjoyed satisfactory breakfast. Its marvellous, central location was a plus.

Came here for 9 nights with my friend, had a really great stay. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Temple. The hotel was in a wonderful area, short walk to in the middle of the old town, the Old Quarter of Hanoi and bars.

Perfect accommodation with magnificent setting right by the nearby restaurants, the market, restaurants, old quarter and the lake and many attractions. Incredible and lovely breakfast with lots of food.

Travelled with my friend, spent 9 nights here and had a great stay. The most important was the staff - amazingly kind and supper friendly people. I were in a great location so close to many restaurants and bars. It also was to ha long bay.

This hotel is located excellently in the Old Quarter, in the center of old Hanoi. It is within walking distance of all attractions and is surrounded by the vibrant streets of the old town. The rooms are in good condition and offer a nice view over the streets. The hotel also provides complimentary mineral water that is replenished on a daily basis. The breakfast served here is delicious, with a variety of options including lovely banana pancakes and vegetarian choices.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Thank you for a comfortable stay. The food is fab and the breakfast was fantastic and lovely. The rooms are reasonably large and brand-new with a window with natural sunlight. I loved the stuff, they are outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating.

Hotel was clean and gorgeous with excellent staff and MARVELLOUS location right in the centre. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of food and complementary drinks. Location: the property was next to the beautiful Hoan Kiem lake area, Hanoi's Old Quarter, and Dong Xuan market, night market and lake.

The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel's location in the center of the city was convenient for exploring the tourist spots. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options and the hotel even prepared a meal for us to take on our early bus ride. The hotel provided luggage storage and allowed us to do laundry while we were away. a fantastic choice for a hotel in Hanoi.

we had a truly memorable experience. the breakfast was incredible and satisfactory and included. overall it was spotlessly clean with free wifi. the staff seemed pleasant and exceptional. location: the hotel was next to which would n't look out of place in europe, ho chi minh mausoleum and the night market.
