I couldn't be happier with the value for my money at this hotel - great room, amazing staff, and a perfect central location for exploring. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

The hotel was nicely decorated, appeared new and fresh and had a great Spa! The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The room we had was a decent size, although not massive for a deluxe and there was only a bath and no shower.

You could hear a lot of the outside noise even though we were on the 6th floor. Motorbike and car horns go all night long!

Very good service, nice colonial-style bedroom, and excellent downtown location. Spa is also very good value for money in quiet atmosphere, no need to look for better option downtown.

The hotel ticked all the boxes for a great stay in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The rooms on the upper floors offered a nice view and were well-appointed, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast included, with a variety of offerings to choose from. The location was unbeatable, situated in the Old Quarter and within walking distance of the weekend night market and other attractions in the area.

Small nice hotel located in the very center of old city. Tiny room but well cleaned and nicely decorated. The staff is very affable.

This hotel is strategically located near the main tourist attractions, such as the walking street in the old quarters, and markets. Rooms are quite spacious and provide modern facilities with some extra amenities like the claw-footed bath. Staff members are friendly and always willing to help, and guests can enjoy a simple but adequate breakfast.

There might be some noise from neighboring construction sites that can disturb your stay at times.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel! Loved the warm hospitality and friendly staff. The location was spot on, surrounded by great food and drink options. Also, loved that the hotel had a spa that offered excellent massage services and a pool to relax in after a long day.

The room noise from the street and other guests was a bit of a drawback. Also, the room size was smaller than expected and bathroom lacked ample space. despite the negative aspects, I still had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and bars, but without being too noisy. The staff was helpful and assisted us in setting up a tour and keeping our luggage safe while we were out. The room was clean and had good amenities, like a fantastic shower.

There was some noise at night, likely from a nearby nightclub, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. the mattresses were uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well during the weekend stay.

The Hotel was actually better than I expected, I was extremely well situated and the rooms were great. Very clean I actually have nothing to complain about. Kevin the hotel concierge, was one if not the best concierge that i had. Took care of all my bookings, made me save a lot of money and showed me the best Pho in town. If all the staff and hotels were like this, i would travel even more. Great job guys.

Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to amazing restaurants and street food, as well as the weekend night market. The staff are super friendly, always willing to help and make you feel welcome, going above and beyond to assist with transfers and phone calls. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, mini fridges, and even a safe in some rooms. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, with different options available each morning.

No major faults, just some noise at night from outside and nearby construction.
