The shower only had a waist-high attachment, which made it inconvenient to use and uncomfortable for taller guests.

The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast had a varied selection of local delights. The onsen was the best way to unwind and relax after the festivities. The outdoor hot spring was incredible and it was fantastic to be able to enjoy the snow while soaking in the warm water. The location was perfect for a peaceful and tranquil retreat, surrounded by nature, and with stunning views of the mountains.

The price as it was slightly more expensive during the holiday season. The hotel's shuttle schedule could have been more extensive, especially during the New Year's Eve celebrations.
