My wife and I stayed at this location last May without a problem.
If anyone is planning on staying at this location, Do Not tell them you are an AARP member in advance.
Comfortable hotel in an excellent location, the staff is always so friendly and as mentioned before the rooms offer free internet.
The location was good and the hotel was the perfect distance to the StoneFort retreat site.
I choose the Hampton Inn at Tyler because I needed to be hear the Dallas airport but wanted to spend less that $100.
The non-smoking room with king bed and bathroom were very clean, no odors.
Very Clean Large Comfortable Room with a King size bed on the 1st floor.
Great spa/hot tub room and super fluffy soft towels.
The bed was so comfy, the breakfast was really tasty and the check-in was super quick.
The bed was so comfy and the fridge with microwave was a very nice bonus.
The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of standard breakfast food and beverages, and the area was kept clean.
It was not your typical cheesy continental breakfast it was pretty filling (ex juices,cereal,eggs,ham,etc.
When we got up, we were impressed with the level of breakfast served.
The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the shower was remarkable.

The gates in the back of the parking lot were wide open in the back.
Aside from being terrified all night, the room was clean, and the lobby was fine.
When we entered our room we noticed a fresh red stain on the carpet but didn't let that bother us too much.
